At Auriel Skin, every order is packed with care and intention from our home base in Ontario, Canada. We ship across Canada, the United States, and select international countries to share our natural skincare with the world. Please review our shipping details below before placing your order.

Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after your purchase is placed.
This does not include weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods (such as launches or restocks), processing may take slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Estimated Delivery Times
Shipping is not free — rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees
For international orders, including shipments to the United States, your package may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country’s customs department.
These charges are not included in your purchase or shipping total and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Auriel Skin is not responsible for delays due to customs or for packages held at the border.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order leaves our facility, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. Auriel Skin is not responsible for:

We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If your package is returned to us, we can reship it — but you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
