Auriel Skin Return & Refund Policy
At Auriel Skin, we pour love, intention, and 100% natural ingredients into every jar. Because our products are handcrafted in small batches with your wellness in mind, we ask that you read our return policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns
Due to the hygienic and personal nature of our skincare, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.
If your item is completely unopened and still sealed inside the original shipping box, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, you must provide:

Your receipt or proof of purchase

Photo evidence that the shipping box is unopened, untampered, and in original condition

The item must be unused and still in its original product packaging
Note: If the shipping box has been opened or the product removed from its protective packaging, the return will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return

Reason for return

Clear photo(s) of the sealed shipping box and product
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
Unauthorized returns or returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at aurielskin@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photo evidence of the issue.
We will make it right with either a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the situation.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with

Items removed from the original shipping box

Sale items, limited edition sets, or gift bundles

Returns sent without prior approval
First-Time Customer Grace
If you are a first-time customer and feel the product isn’t right for you, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may offer a one-time store credit or partial refund, at our discretion.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to try a different product, please follow the return process (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.
EU Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
To qualify:

The product must be unused, sealed, and still inside the unopened shipping box

You must provide proof of purchase and notify us before sending anything back
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at aurielskin@gmail.com.
